I'd call this a 'bus stop' which is on the Airport Road just beyond Xin Pei Feng but it's a great photo. I didn't go out that day and I was asked by my colleagues why I didn't go to work. I had no idea the roads were that badly flooded but water was running 20cms deep outside my door and there was a lot of lightning and thunder so I thought it prudent to stay home. Many of our children spent hours stranded in this. The storm lasted 24 hours and several people were drowned.
