Hi, Hope I will make you understand & elaborate very simple difference b/w lessee/lessor or set/sub-set i.e. planet & earth, universe & World, Asia & India, India & Himachal, Himachal & Shimla, Hamirpur & Barsar, Barsar & Mehre...here is the the fact to concrete this debate is that Barsar is Tehsil & Mehre is its best known happening place with Govt. offices and all. So its not like Chandigarh & Mohali, here Mehre is a part of BARSAR Tehsil... So clearly & already merged way back when they were formed in totality...the difference is only dependent on the hierarchy/level they are identified...I am sure its not meant to navigate people of Barsar tehsil...for them only these two places may be separate as said by 0.750 Km ...Still strongly supporting & endorsing the pic...
