It is a freight train. There is no passenger traffic to Whyalla.

It's True, Mike and Don, the Corps has an application for a 404 permit to replace the bridge. I'd previously thought they would simply replace the bridge, but they're planning on removing the old one as well.

A very historic photograph especially in colour,and shows the number of aircraft involved in these long, and potentially hazardous ferry flights. Well done to Vic for recording these historic events, I wish there were more like him.
