Hi what are you trying to say, "litteraly scrubbing away a toothbrush on the groove of the door jam"? I've been in the Phils for 4 years ago and i tried the spaghetti jollibee in Baguio and also in Barrio fiesta, and Max reataurant Ang sarap!
It's a pretty steep climb but doable without any type of gear such as rope. Just before you reach the top, the growth of trees stop and all you have growing are grasses which allows you to have an excellent view of the surrounding area. Do bring a binocular and a few bottles of water and then enjoy the breeze.
