Owner Ken Wardlaw, purchased in 2000. Original 2 story house built in 1882 by Miles Lowrance,see chimney with windows on each side. Mediterrian addition added in 1900.

Site was perfect indian summer camp site, with Guadalupe river frontage, separate spring, prevailing summer winds from the south and much flint for tool making.
