Not long ago, Skull Valley Road was reinstated as State Highway 196, so, the State of Utah could erect this sign to prevent a high level nuclear waste site from being built at the old rocket motor test site on the reservation. I believe the Federal permits to build the site are all approved, and this sign is all that stops it, but it's not over yet.
