This is Naran Strand.In the background Naran & Portnoo golf club. When the tide is out it is is often possible to walk out on the spit of sand to Inishkeel Island where you find two 13th century churchs - St Mary & St Connell.There are several old finely decorated slab grave stones.
There is a Tramore beach further round the coast near Rosbeg.
