This is an awsome picture. The sad thing is the mother was shot and killed illegally by a fishermen sometime after this photo. Authorities could never find who did it. And soon after, one of the cubs was found with a shot in the foot and soon died. They were just doing what they were born to do. Fish. When to many people come fish in their territory then someone will get hurt. Most of the time it is the bear. I wish greedy fishermen who live outside the Kenai peninsula would learn some respect for the wildlife in Alaska. Like all you people in Anchorage!!!
