Buenos Aires. We did spend a week time in this area and we did had a good times and a bad times also. I was very close to argue with a young one. He was a crook and was trying to help the tourist but he had other plans on his mind. I was speaking his own language and still he was trying to help me in a way to still from me. You have to be very careful in any country you go or travel. Do not get involve with any one and asking them to help you. It is a NO NO answer from my experience.
