Crazy! I lived in apt 714 in that building for two years in the 80s. Great photo. The JA Yokohama building was not there in 1989 nor was that traffic light. But the photo captures the neighborhood. Great place to live!

The Dakota Dunes Casino and the Dakota Dunes Golf Links are the proper names. They are Located on the Whitecap Dakota First Nation. The entire complex as well as the bison and the photo are magnificant.
