Yes Mary-la, Samso is definitely worth a visit, with a very interesting nature. Visit the island! We lived in the north, in Nordby, but there are many other possibilities. The oak wood around the well is 3000 years old. It is estimated that it is a Bronze Age well. The coastline was then further west and the top of the well was perhaps 1.5 meters higher than now. Water comes up, and it is freshwater. I've tasted it. Jens
