Hi, I was wondering if you know the people who own that island or at least whether or not people are allowed to visit it. I've been wanting to make landfall and explore it for some time.

Which ever it is, it is definitely not a bridge.

It's cold all year round in my opinion, but it's warm enough to swim in from June til late September.
