This 'floor' is about 17m below sea level at the gulf to the west.

The dark rubble visible was removed from inside the mine when it went from an open-cut pit to an underground mine in the early '90s. This 'floor' is about 17m below sea level at the gulf to the west.
This shows the 'hanging wall' or 'curtain wall' - the line where the ore body begins. This body is about 3.5% copper.
This is one of the pillars that hold up the 'roof' visible at the 55m level of the mine.
