I think this ladder is needes for a rescue when the lake is frozen and there is someone broken through the ice!

Kurz-Biografie: ug 1958 geboren in Rahden, wohnhaft seit 1958 in Werther-Häger, - 1981 Studium mit Abschluss Dipl.-Sozialpädagoge, - 1983 Freier Mitarbeiter des Westfalen-Blattes, journalistische Tätigkeit, - 1986 Tätigkeiten in verschiedenen sozialen Einrichtungen, Bewährungshilfe, Deutsches Rotes Kreuz, Bethel, - 2002 Geschäftsführer des selbst gegründeten Vereins „Lebensbaum – Soziale Hilfen“ (als Träger eines Gesundheits- und sozialpflegerischen Zentrums), seit 2003 Selbstständige Tätigkeit als gesetzlicher Betreuer XXXXXXXX Arbeiten und Ausstellungen in Zusammenhang mit Photographie: 1985 „Werther – früher und heute“, heimatgeschichtliches Heft mit zahlreichen historischen und aktuellen SW-Fotografien von Werther sowie ergänzenden historischen Daten, Herausgabe im Eigenverlag, 2004 Ausstellung im Steinwerk in Bissendorf-Schledehausen, Ölbilder, bearbeitete Fotografien, Objekte, seit 2005 Nachbearbeitung großformatiger Fotografien mittels EDV, 2006 Ausstellung „Schwerpunkt Photographie“, Rathaus Werther, bearbeitete Fotografien, 2009 Ausstellung "Farbe und Struktur in der Photographie" im Piazetta in Werther. Aktuell verwendete Kameras: Nikon D70 und Nikon D2x.
