Pavarolar, thank you for your comment. I will try to be short: September is a good month to come and see the lake. The color of the water will be wonderful. For your "light" orientation, the rock wall in the back is sun-lit in the morning and early afternoon hours. You don't have to be afraid that you will not find the spot at which I was standing. There is a big pile of rock (moraine) to which leads a simple 5-minute trail. You can't miss it, you don't need a map, it's right there! If you want to treat your wife with some pretty "high caliber romance", I recommend renting a canoe for an hour and off you go to the void of turquoise world. Put a bottle of champagne secretly to your daily pack, and pop it in the middle of the lake as a little surprise! It may not be totally legal in Canada, but who would know or care? As long as you keep the lake clean and respect the Gods... life can't get any better!
