Hi, rjay. I've been to this falls too, but I'm convinced, from several sources, that the real name of this waterfall is Upper Princess. Lower Princess is the much higher falls immediately below it, on the north side of the paved path. Scenic Falls is a bit farther west along the Escarpment and is in a wooded and more sheltered area. - indyj@rogers.com

This is not sewer water, it is from the old mill run/dam bypass. There is an intake about 50 m West on the other side of the service access.

I have been there and I love that area.
This is not really the devil's cross. The area is known as the Devil's Punchbowl, and this cross stands over it.
That dark building in the back is Stelco Tower and that brown building to the left is the Sheraton
