iI can hardly imagine how GULAG prisoners managed to survive more than one winter there.

So many people have never left from there. There last resting places unknown. :-(

Thanks for documenting that awful period. May it never return.

Kolyma and Magadan: probably the biggest GULAG forced labor camps' concentration in Russia.
