What a great place for a dawn service with the sun coming up over the sea. Actually at this time of the year it would be coming up at about your 10 o'clock. Stuart, my thoughts re the chains which from memory are actually painted metal, is that this is right next to the road and a bike path (bricks to the fore), so the chains would stop bikes, skateboards, scooters etc, yet provide no barrier for someone who wished a closer look. Beautiful part of Australia, more photos coming over the next few weeks!
