Thank you for your comment. English Travel Brochures call this place "Saklikent Gorge".Thank you for informing me that it is in the region of Fethiye/Mugla. Can you tell me the nearest town or place to Sakliikent? I have visited Fethiye - it is a lovely port. Regards, Hazel

Sunset in January 2008. Difficult to place precisely on the map as insufficient detail on the Google arth map - won't zoom in closer. However, much of thr coastline is similar - dramatic volcanic formations and sharp peaked mountains.
