Hello Peter thank you again here .. i was watching the sky with interest in the hour i waited for the train as it started cloudy then cleared to blue sky with cloud and then a sort of golden glow in the distance so i am pleased you again like the end result :))

A big thank you to both of you for your visit to this picture, it's awards, and the multitudinous comments you have added elsewhere. I will respond to them all individually, but as I have just come back from a trip to London it might take a day or two.
As for this photo, the steam train had just arrived from Bridgnorth. It will uncouple from the coaches and then run over the crossover and off to the shed. The class 20 is parked in the dead end with a couple of freight vans.
