Thank you both so much for visiting this scene from Severn Valley, taken on the Flying Scotsman weekend, and also of course for the awards.
Alan, I am pleased to got to see Foxcote Manor, of course I know it well from Llangollen Railway.
As you both know know, I will be using another site for pictures, it will just take me a long time to learn how to use it, make comments, likes, favs etc!!
Hello Brian certainly very sad news that pano is closing the door and i am sure people are now looking for a new home to show their pics .. i did have dealing with Flickr some years ago when pano was unreliable but left that site after a short time ... i am now on ipernity along with many pano friends ( the list growing daily ) and it certainly seems a friendly site and not unlike pano in some ways ... my gallery here will also go over to Google + and maps Nov 2017 so i am sure i will see you around somewhere my friend :))

HiDave The Amercan built engine belongs to the Churnet Valley Railway in Staffordshire there are a few of them about one on the K&WVR and I think one at The Nene Valley they did run over here in WWII.Best wishes Alan.
