An attractive looking place Den Burg seems to be, these places are very enjoyable to wander around with a camera handy.

I found your reply to Boris interesting, you must have had a pleasant time there Ed.

Warm wishes, ~ D.

Hi Boris, A beautiful friendship? - Let's hope so, we are getting to know each other at the moment, and as with a lady, I'm trying to memorize what makes her tick, what buttons to press and the best way to handle her. :))

I'm the only one that gets enthused about cameras and photography in my circle of friends and family, so thanks for the kind compliments and congrats I really appreciate them.

Warm regards and happy roaming, ~ D.

Thank you David - glad you're enjoying the summer nights by the sea, when this deep blue is actually a 'warm' colour :)
Sending you some sound greetings of ocean waves, crickets and cicadas - B

Right, Tom, and this 'funny idea' goes way back!

"Then God said, "Let there be light"; and there was light. For God saw that the light was good; and God separated the light from the darkness..."

Yes, Tom - the beginning and the end of it :)

Me too, Antje - this color (paint) actually is called 'summer resort', and it's best in soft morning, or evening light... The contrasting violet hues help to offset and emphasize it a bit :)

I get about a lot, Boris! ;)

Thank you very much for your felicitous comment and praise, Boris!
I really like the beaches of the Walcheren peninsula. Sometimes the light is much more beautiful with some dark clouds on the horizon! :))

charming yellow flowers - L I K E - greetings from ROME - Gianni

Advanced society is sensitive to health. When hygiene supervision is not thoroughgoing, business is stopped even if it does not affect people's body in particular.

When it becomes so, workers lose a job.

Thank You - I hear and understand your sentiment, Ed - whoever was born / grew up by the the sea, will always carry it inside ... Glad those waves brought some special memories from depth and distance - to the shore...
Greets - B.
