I am a reporter and photographer for the Thermopolis (Wy) Independent Record and enjoy buzzing around in the country around town and posting photos of what's just up the road from my front door while I'm not covering news.
A smarter photographer would have taken the incoming spring snowstorm as a clue to head for more improved roadways before getting stuck in the snow, in the snow. I am not the smarter photographer, however, and ended up having to dig myself out twice a little further up the road. The snow was beautiful, nevertheless.
