Almost to be opened African American Museum from the cafeteria of the American History Museum. The African American Museum opens today, 24 September 2016.

One of the few stations where waiting can be a real pleasure. Good shops and a tropical grove. I know quite a few, even one or two air terminals of old, where one or the other was present. Only here with both.

That "wall painting" is an exciting view, Lizab. Found it way into almost every travel book over here :)

That's true, Cinca - Have seen that kind of wall at first time in 2011 in NYC at Rubinstein Center / Lincoln Center. Just insides and almost in a test version

Maybe we'll see that again in late November - will give you an impression then

This bit of Bay art is gone along with the entire building. As of early September 2016 there was a pile of fenced off rubble.
