nice work its quite a cool idea, I wouldnt have thought to do that myself. You can make lights in photoshop appear in the immages, but it can take sometime, thre are quite a few techniques, but I think it looks ok withought them
Ive done a similar immage where I took it in the day, does work out quite well, its nice to see those clouds in the sky
keep experimentin with photoshop :P
