This is just up from Mission & Army and it is outside the Roccapulco salsa club on Mission (opposite Blockbuster)
I walked down the steps but was challenged to run back up them, which I did!
Ignore the date on the photo - it was around March 2008. It was taken just as you leave Powell Street Muni/BART station.
