i remember in the 1st gulf war having to have the car searched by the usaf military police whenever i went to air cadets on base as we were stationed at upwood 511 ATC Ramsey squadron!

this was the old firestation when i was there in Air cadets!

It is very sadly dilapidated now and possibly beyond restoration. Surely we need to protect our heritage better than this?
