Gobbles nightclub was on Wellington Street. The nightclub that was to the left of the photo was Pinnochio's. And yes, Beethoven's was across the road, I was there most weekends.

The Commonwealth bank building is now a park.

Hi This would be Hay and Barrack St. It becomes Beaufort St. further on.

This old school has now been demolished. I drove past there last in November 2008 and the site of the building was already covered with wild grass.
