Thanks Ray, You confirmed my suspicions. Let's hope a lesson was learned here, and that sort of thing not be allowed to happen again anywhere in the Grenadines, especially in the Tobago Keys. Raf

The rectangular structures are a derelict marina. No environmental impact studies were done and this project wreaked havoc on the conch and lobster beds in Ashton Harbor. Before completion the developers took the loaned funds for the project and fled the country leaving quite a mess. You can clearly see the algae growth in the inclosed area. The currents cannot flush the harbor properly causing this imbalance. What a shame.
