This is the location. It is still in use as a music venue today. The street had multiple buildings all part of the Slaughterhouse complex. As you probably remember the addresses in Europe list street first then number (USA does Number first then Street Name)
Slaughterhouse 5 was where they received their mail while a POW there. The building in the picture is the building that looked most like an administration building where they might get mail. It was between building 4 and 7 which were clearly marked. They were probably held in on one of the other buildings basement on the property.
There were many military barracks north of town just north of Neustadt. I can give you latitude and longitude for these locations if you like...
