I used a program called AutoStitch to combine 3 seperate panoramic photos into the large pano you see here. The 3 individual panoramic shots were stitched by the internal software in my camera.

If I recall, there is no processing to the photo at all. Came out of a point and shoot HP 817. Thanks for the comment.
