sorry, don't mean to be rude. Just tired seeing photos misplaced 100's of miles from where they should be. Yes, it is Medicine Lake, judging by water level fairly late in season (in early summer lake is full). Trailhead for Jacques Lake I was talking about is at the far end of the lake looking from here; it takes about 3 hrs of steady hiking, but it is possible to mountain bike as well.
