Ah, the memories. I worked as a ranger in 1993, and at Crater lake in 1994. I was wondering if I knew you scouting232. I grew up in Troop 232 in Nederland, TX. I was the troops third ever Eagle Scout.

I took a trip to Philmont around 1981 with Troop 347 of Crystal Lake, Illinois. Looking at these photos sure brings back some great memories. That was the best trip ever. Phil Pearson philpearson21@yahoo.com

Yeah, the path to the top is hard to find. There's an open area with marked trees near Tooth Ridge Camp.

This photo was taken right next to the elevation marker at the top of the Tooth.
