We used to rest here for breakfast or lunch when we were going to Chicago just off I-94. It's very clean as well as enjoyable and relaxing. Our property along the beach has a land area of 12 hectares, about 30 acres. It also has coconut palm trees, mango trees and bamboo tress. We are excited that it will soon be developed into a private resort. See other photos for the beach shores with palm trees. Our property has recently been measured by Provincial Registered Land Surveyor from Lingayen Pangasinan so that means the Land titles are accurate and legal as per Provincial Land Title Laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
