Hi Eric, You must be one of the friends of Pancho Sainz who put together the annuity for Chato before he died. My wife Linda and I were (with Jeff and Steve) the builders of the first gringo house at San Luis and founders of Boojum Institute. I also built, with Pancho, the "new" house just before Chato's house burned down. I'd love to hear about how the place is being maintained and what is happening there. Is Ofelia still there? We hear she married Sr. Rivera? Hernan, Socorro? Don Pedro? We'd love to see more pictures if you have them. One of these Novembers we'll get back down there.
