I am a Shell Customer since 1970,for the past 2 Years I live in Gingoog, like so many I started to collect"Points on you reward Program" , at took us a little over 3 Years to collect 1200 Points to get the "Free" Propane Fill up. Wow...... how Nice, only after filling out several Papers, that was December 10Th 2013, we have been told at takes 4 Weeks to get some Kind of Certificate, Guess what???????? Today is March30Th, almost 4 Months later, we still waiting, No Problem these is Shell Gingoog, the are not only Super slow have Bad service, No, at is what the telling us," Not here", then the work away and just let You standing their. Well Gingoog Shell, looks like You do not care about Your customer, KEEP Your propane, You need at more then we do, OH, their are 5 other Gas Station in Gingoog, I bet the all are delighted to get our Business, LOOK at that Photo, what do You see????????? No Customer, empty Parking Lot, Well You lost a other loyal Customer.
