zoom in on the picture...look to the left , and you will see a woman using a mobile phone , looks like she's sending a text message.

i don't think Mobile phone's were invented in the 1930's or whichever time you seem to think this picture was taken!

Alooo... Ima li sopstvena Plaza ili ???

I know....i've tagged it as Nykoping, as that's where i was staying....but Panoramio has the area as Kanntorp.

Nice shot! Voted.

I went via a tour , as we were staying further up the Spanish Coast, near Marbella, so it was easier to get all of our coach journey / ferry tickets etc , in one package. I would definately return though, everyone seemed friendy, you get hassled a bit near the harbour etc, people trying to sell stuff, but that happens in other places too , Turkey for example...i usually just politely tell them no and keep walking. i didn't witness any aggression , just thought it was an interesting place. a lot of very narrow streets, a little dirty , but i found one building which had a date on it from the 1600's...so it's bound to look a little run down now! The Ferry trip is good too , only takes about 50 minutes, i think the distance is something like 9 miles across, and you can see the North African coast from La Linea, and Gibraltar.

I've also been to La Linea , and Gibraltar...if you get a chance , i'd suggest a trip on the bus to Estepona too.. it's a nice place , nice beach front , and quite a lot of shops, with good bars etc..and it's only a few Euro's to get to by local transport.. takes around an hour and a half i think.

don't worry about the language barrier , as everyone speaks English.!

If you look at Google Earth you will see the area is very low lying , less than 100ft above sea level , and there are a lot of flashes (lakes) in the area. That often produces the right temperature and humidity conditions for mist and fog.
