The coordinates on the image place it southwest of Phoenix. The image is tagged 'google earth virtual photo'. This is not even a reasonable representation of Sycamore Creek or the Grand Canyon and should be removed from Panoramio.
The left side of the photo is facing north. (Zoom in to get more detail). There you can see Jerome, then panning to the northeast, in the distance are the snow-covered San Fransisco Peaks. Below them are the towns of Clarkdale and Cottonwood, and the red rocks of Sedona. Further to the right in the photo (east), the town of Camp Verde is visible.

It's not a view of Black Bear Pass, and the photo is not from Imogene Pass! It's a photo of Ingram Peak from Tomboy Road.
