I went to a little village called Selat and hired a guide. There is two usual routes to the top. Besakih (long, but takes you to the highest peak) and Puri Pasar (short one). However, I stupidly took a route which was shorter and combined both routes with "short cut". Guide had made it 3 times before... It was highly dangerous and I don't recommend it for anybody without special equipments. (from Puri Pasar 23:00, top 05:11 and down in Besakih 11:00).
