Remarkable!

I don't think so, but who knows, my grandfather's name was Vito Bello. he probably came from Vibonati straight to the US.

This beach is just south of the old resort town of Carlsbad. The clouds were gathering and it was just possible to catch the sun behind them, using a Cokin "graduated tobacco" filter in front of the lens. My wife had just been diagnosed (Summer 2007) with cancer; we were spending time at the beach, trying to collect our wits. Tom Greer

City of Commerce, CA. Good for you they didn't maintain the palm and get rid of the dead stuff at the bottom. On the Google map across Washington, I see the old Sears cross dock terminal [Terminal Freight Handling Company] that has 226 dock doors and a rail spur along side for unloading box cars. I worked there in the 80's for TFHC, which was a subsidiary of Sears. Big Teamsters operation under Dart Transportation that we dismantled due to crazy high costs.

I live up the hill from Encina Power Plant, which is pictured here, not a factory in the popular sense, but it is a factory producing electrical power... Nice photography...wish I could do that.
