Ray, as Silvano pointed out above, there is a variety of plane wrecks in Roebuck Bay. The one shown above is not a Catalina, though there are examples of that type at other locations.

You're right about the limited time available for viewing the wrecks at low tide. The above photo was taken at an August neap tide and on the return to shore I had to walk at a pretty decent pace to stay dry.

Fantastic Place ---- Funny thing is that i was there when this Car was parked on exactly this spot on the camping :) Remember that cause it was the campsite closest to the beach.

Will be back there one day in my life for sure.
