ENG: What is interesting here, the tillaged strip is some 10-15 meters away from the real border line, inside the country of Ukraine. The same is was on East-German side of former German-German border. It is so here, to make illegal "tourists" believe they already left Ukraine, but still they would be under the Ukrainian border guard rulez, not in Poland yet. There are no fences on the Polish side of the border.
PL: Co ciekawe w tym miejscu, pas ornej ziemi jest około 10-15 metrów od faktycznej linii granicznej, wyznaczono go w głebi Ukrainy. Podobnie rzecz sie miała na granicy RFN i NRD po wschodniej stronie. Stosuje sie taki zabieg, aby ewentualnych "nielegalnych" przekonać, że już sa po drugiej stronie granicy, a tymczasem sa wciaż w zasiegu władzy ukraińskiej straży granicznej - ma to ułatwić ich schwytanie przez usienie czunosci. Po polskiej stronie nie ma umocnień.
