I believe this isn't a radar station. It is the site of the Thompson MB V.O.R.T.A.C. - YTH. It is a radio aid to navigation for aircraft providing bearings and distance information. Zooming in confirms it. When I flew out of YTH there was not any ATC Radar capability. Perhaps things have changed but that is a picture of a VOR/VORTAC.
