The larger peak behind the tree is Sugarloaf Mountain, the smaller peak on the left is Nettle knob and the distant peak in the sort of middle is Buckeye Knob.
This photo is several years old. Taken in 2003 this cover no longer exists, however, the bridge platform itself is still intact. This was a wonderful piece of history and I am glad I captured it on digital film when I did. I believe that the covered structure was damaged during a storm or hurricane which moved through the area. If anyone can confirm what exactly happened to the cover please let me know by leaving a comment.
