The mountain is indeed Domborembudzi "The Mountain of the goats". The white lines were made by villagers throwing down logs from the mountain. they still do that. It's also true that water sometimes fall through the lines from the mountain on a rainy day not always. I grew up in the area, the logs would be thrown down nearly everyday. Nowadays the trees have become scarce and people no longer cut down trees that much.
