Thanks for the updated information and twise I travelled to Jaffna and back but both at late evening. I am somewhat happy that atleast the building do exist. I am a former WFP emplyoee worked after Tsunami for slightly higher than 1 year. I got ICT training from WFP and it was one of the best trainings I have attend so far in my life.
