This is a fabulous photo. To add some insight, the mill on the left is actually a bar, pub and brewery called SeaDogs. JUst outside the frame to the left is a large green bridge that spans the river and just beyond that is a giant concrete Dam. the mill is in Topsham the right side of the photo is in Brunswick.Rainbows like this are quite common after a good rain.
