Thank you! Currently I shoot panoramas with a Canon 5D/Canon 15mm lens/Nodal Ninja 3 pano head. I stitch with PTgui Pro and do color work and final touch ups in Photoshop CS3. With that camera/lens it takes 27 or 30 images to build a panorama like the one above, 2-4 hours to finish it depending on how much I want to fuss over it.

Islandboys - these are great shots! But you need stitching software that will let you level the horizon -- try Hugin (open source and free front end for Panorama Tools).
