You asked in some comment about my book. I've finished the manuscript, and the second academic publisher to whom I sent it is interested but wanted it shorter before I send the whole thing. I've done most of the shortening and lots of tidying-up, and I expect to send it to them within the next two weeks. Then I can cross my fingers while they send it out to peer reviewers. So here's hoping ... Marilyn
