Hello, and welcome to my site. Thanks for stopping by! In the way of background, I have enjoyed photography ever since I can remember, especially in high school when I took pictures of my then growing interest--all types of buildings. Upon entering college to study architecture, I bought an SLR camera to further develop and expand my sights. As an architect, I have photographed various types of architecture over the years, but it was only a few years ago that I tried to emphasize the deep pride in the design and craft of buildings that architects, designers, engineers and builders express through this three dimensional and dynamic art form--the place where design, technology and culture intersect. So, I invite you to take a moment and experience architecture, as perhaps the architect creatively envisioned its order and beauty, as the engineer innovatively designed its structure, and as the builder labored skillfully to bring it all into reality. Thanks, Fallingwater

Fallingwater's conversations

Greetings Pano friends, and thank you so much for stopping by. I'm happy that you enjoyed this beautiful interior photo of the Hagia Sophia in Istanbul.

Great landscape, crossing that bridge must be a breath-taking experience. Wonderful picture.

Best regards,

Hi Steve....nice to know your other name!

Sorry, I was being a bit glib wasn't I....and maybe even "sportist"... :)

I do agree with you about the blue bits...and there are some other interesting aspects to it too. Much renovation/beautification work has been done in the last few years...a lot more glass added etc.

That general sporting precinct of the city seems to be undergoing constant make-over now....there is obviously much money to be made, and spent, in sports.

Cheers, Pam.

Thank you for the lovely compliment Fallingwater.....and your thoughtful comments are much appreciated! :)

Cheers, Pam.

Thank you very much for your positive feedback Fallingwater. I'm so pleased this image evoked such feelings for you.....I often think that too with old things.

Best wishes from Australia, Pam.

That good! Halved, sky and sea.

You're very kind to leave the wonderful comment, thank you very much.

    best regards-KETTAL
